Yiannis joined Chronicle Solutions in 2007 as VP of Product Management and was appointed CEO in June 2008. Yiannis brings over 15 years of experience in product management, marketing and business development to the company. He has a broad experience in the IT industry having held managerial positions at both entrepreneurial companies like Fortisphere, where he was a co-founder, and industry leaders, like CA.
As a Director of Product Management at CA, Yiannis had oversight over the multi-million dollar security and vulnerability management product line. Aligning these products with goals of the CA Security business unit, he was accountable for the go-to-market strategy and execution, product requirements, development lifecycle as well as directed related product marketing activities. Prior to CA, Yiannis has also held various technical and leadership positions at IBM, Raytheon, and SilentRunner Inc.
Yiannis got a MBA from the Johns Hopkins University.
Chris Woodall is an established Chartered Accountant with experience ranging from improving internal organizational process and financial controls to personally assisting business development efforts during contract negotiations. Chris brings strong financial and operational skills to Chronicle Solutions that will significantly enable the company with continued growth and success.
Before joining Chronicle Solutions, Chris was with Morse plc where he managed bids, operations and provided Client Director financial support.
Dr. Jerome Bilet founded Chronicle Solutions® in 2001 and has played a crucial role in bringing netReplay® to both the European and American markets. Prior to founding Chronicle Solutions®, he worked as an independent venture capitalist and a high-profile corporate finance consultant. He holds a Doctorate of Finance and is a member of the International Society of Financial Analysts.
